Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ChomuCity.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide transparent and fair policies regarding payments and refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
• The listing was not published or activated due to a fault on our end.
• Cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of payment, provided listing has not been made live.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the listing has been approved and published.
• If the user has violated our terms and the listing was removed.
• If the listing period has begun and the cancellation was requested after 24 hours.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

• Email us at deepansuvyas@gmail.com.
• Include your full name, order ID, and reason for the refund.
• We will process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.

4. Cancellations

Users can request cancellation of a paid listing within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a breach of our Refund Policy and may result in a permanent ban from our platform.

6. Modifications to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
